HD Training

Hoop Dreams Training strives to develop children, young adults, and adults in their pursuit of excellence in basketball, better health, and an active lifestyle. We achieve this by creating an intense training environment which will push you hard to improve your skill level and develop confidence in your ability. 

 

Training sessions will consist of identifying and strengthening your weaknesses as well as improving agility and conditioning. Hoop Dreams Training develops strategies and implements drills which insure participants acquire proper training habits.    
    
All areas of the game of basketball are incorporated into our comprehensive workouts. The focus of each session is to prepare each athlete for the next level of play and build the self confidence needed to compete on and off the basketball court.
